You can request these tools by e-mail (info@acomed-statistik.de). The cost is 20 € plus VAT per tool.

ACOMED statistics points out that no liability is assumed for the results obtained with these tools (cf. liability provisions below). It is also explicitly pointed out that these tools for e.g. B. pre-orientated studies or graphics should be used, but not to produce results that are associated with consequences (studies, main results of a project, approval, etc.)

It is software. This is usually sent by email within one working day. You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. Payment is usually made via PayPal.

Payments are due within 10 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Payments from non-EU countries

If the customer defaults on payment more than 21 working days despite setting a grace period, ACOMED is entitled to charge interest at the usual bank rate.

Warranty exclusion: The product is delivered in the present form without any guarantee; This disclaimer also applies without limitation to warranties with regard to freedom from errors, marketability, suitability for a specific purpose or non-violation of the rights of third parties. The user bears the entire risk regarding the quality and performance of the product. Should the product prove defective in any way; the user and not ACOMED bears all costs for maintenance or repair work. It is up to the user to check whether the product meets his requirements. Use of the product is only permitted if this disclaimer is accepted.

Limitation of liability: Under no circumstances and according to any legal theory, whether civil law, contract law or other rights, ACOMED are liable to you or to any person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage of any kind resulting from the use or prevented use of the product, including and without any limitation damage from loss of business reputation, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction or any commercial damage or loss, even if ACOMED has been advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer does not apply to liability for circumstances caused by negligence on the part of ACOMED, to the extent that current legislation prohibits such restrictions. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply in this case. ACOMED is not liable for any legal claims arising from product content or material provided by the user or third parties, which users can access via such product content.
